About me

My counselling approach is person centred, rooted in empathy, respect, and the creation of a confidential, safe, non-judgmental space. Together we can build a relationship where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace and openly talk about whatever is worrying you.

Anything you wish to bring is welcome, however painful, difficult or stressful it might feel to you. To be truly heard by another can be deeply comforting and by talking together, we can create a place to explore, reflect upon and understand more fully what you are experiencing and why feel as you do.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, relationships, trauma, or personal growth, I am here to listen and help you navigate.

My Story
Prior to training as a counsellor and working in private practice, my career was as a change management and strategy lead in large organisations, working on transformational change programmes.
Counselling has been a conscious and passionate career change for me, after training and working as a bereavement volunteer with Cruse I decided to further train as a counsellor and follow my heart.
I completed four years training at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) and have gained experience working with a large and diverse range of clients.
During this time I continued working with Cruse and I also work within a Women's Refuge each week, supporting recovery from domestic abuse.
